Welcome to Bugthorpe Busy Bees Holiday Club – a safe, inclusive and welcoming holiday club set in the beautiful rural village of Bugthorpe. We provide exciting, engaging childcare for children aged 5–11 years, where every child is encouraged to learn, play, explore and make lasting friendships.
From arts and crafts, sports and outdoor adventures to baking, games and special guest activities, every day is carefully planned to be fun, active and memorable. We believe every child deserves to feel valued, included and confident, whatever their interests or abilities.
With caring, experienced staff, healthy meals and snacks, paediatric first aid training, enhanced DBS checks and full insurance, you can relax knowing your child is in safe hands while making the most of their school holidays.

Quick facts & sessions
Early drop from 8:00am — breakfast included for early drop off. £8.00
Morning session 9:00am – 1:00pm — lunch and snacks included. £25.00
Full session 9:00am – 5:00pm — lunch and snacks included. £40.00
Ages 5–11 years — younger children cannot be accepted for holiday club sessions.
Ofsted registered & fully insured — enhanced checks and first aid trained.
10% Discount for siblings
Children will regularly take part in outdoor activities including visits to local farms, woodland walks and nature trails. Please bring a named water bottle to each session.
